What if someone gets injured at our Event?
If you select the optional Personal Liability coverage (including supplemental defense) it will cover bodily injury, personal injury or property damage caused by a covered accident which occurs during the course of a covered event such as the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony or reception.

Does the Personal Liability include Property Damage Liability?
Yes. Of special importance to you and to the event sites, liability coverage available on this policy which is not available on other liability policies would include Property Damage Liability (subject to a deductible) for certain property in your care, custody or control. This very exclusive CARE, CUSTODY OR CONTROL COVERAGE includes Property Damage Liability resulting from damage to the premises which you hire as the sites where the covered events are to take place. Most, if not all homeowners insurance policies and Commercial General Liability policies specifically exclude (do not cover) Property Damage Liability to any property in your care, custody or control or, to any property which is occupied or used by you or leased or rented to you. Host Liquor Liability is included.

The Event location is requesting a Certificate of Insurance, how do we get this?
When you purchase personal liability coverage, an Additional Insured endorsement and Certificate Of Insurance may be issued at any time upon your request.

Does Personal Liability cover Medical Payments?
Medical Payments coverage will pay up to the selected limit of reasonable medical expenses for each person who is injured during the covered events from a cause of loss which would be covered by the Personal Liability.

Please note that all coverage is subject to specific conditions, exclusions, limits, deductibles and restrictions.
